Salt Nicotine Eliquid Vape Devices

What Are Salt Nicotine Eliquids?

Salt nicotine eliquids allow you to vape at a higher nicotine strength without the harsh throat hit that usually comes with other high nicotine eliquids. This makes them popular with vapers who are looking for a high nicotine content comparable to smoking, with a smooth inhale and exhale.

Nicotine Salts have been growing in popularity and Nicotine Salt Eliquids are being produced by more and more ejuice companies including: Element Eliquids, ZAP! Juice, Dinner Lady and Ohm Brew. Vape hardware manufacturers have caught onto the trend and have begun producing custom vape devices, designed to be used with salt nicotine ejuice. this week we’ll give you a run through of our favourite kits.

VApril 2018 Guide to Vape Starter Kits

With VApril just around the corner, there’s never been a better time to ditch the cigs, and get into vaping. It can all seem a bit intimidating at first with the huge array of different devices and equipment on offer. This week we’re doing a roundup of some of our favourite starter kits. These vape starter kits can be split into distinct categories – Pod Vapes, Cigalikes, and Pen Vapes.

Cigalike

The cigalike is an inhale activated vape device. Meaning that by drawing on it as you would a cigarette it will begin to produce vapour. The cigalike is light and compact, featuring a Cartomiser that’s preloaded with eliquid. The Cartomisers can be replaced when empty, and they often feature a variety of flavours – from tobacco to fruit mixes. This particular ecigarette is often the first port of call for those looking to move into vaping. We offer both the Vapourlites VL4 e-cig Starter Kit and the VL5 Starter Kit.

Pod Vape Kits

Pod vape kits have been designed to be simple to use and maintain, comprised of a battery and pod atomiser – which contains a coil, cotton, and eliquid. A relatively new kind of vape device, the pod system will see a wave of constant innovation and variations, driving better performance and ease of use. Salt Nicotine eliquids are becoming increasingly popular for use with pod vapes as they combine high nicotine content with a smooth throat hit.

Pods are favoured not only by new users but also experienced vapers – for their clean aesthetic and discreet vaping capabilities. There are two categories that these vape devices can be split into: ‘refillable pod vapes’ and ‘closed pod systems’.

Closed pod systems, such as the aforementioned ‘Cigalike’, use pre-filled eliquid pods, that when empty can be disposed of and replaced; which makes them the less complicated option; simply plug in and vape. Closed pod vapes include the Aspire Gusto Mini, Myblu Vape Starter Kit, and the SMPO Ultra Portable Vape, which each have a range of prefilled pods.

On the other hand, refillable pod systems allow the user to refill their pod atomisers with their choice of eliquid, again, most commonly high nicotine ejuices; with a 50 PG or higher ratio. These devices combine the variety and choice of eLiquids, but with the simplicity of a basic device.

Those looking for refillable pod vapes should check out the Justfog Minifit, Mi Pod Refillable Vape, and Kimsun 2R Slim.

Pen Vapes

Pen vapes are perhaps the most common vape device. Made up of a battery and a clearomiser tank. Vape pens work well with new users as they often have one-button operation and a mouth to lung inhale, which mimics the draw of a cigarette.

In terms of eliquid, we recommend using a High PG and medium to high Nicotine strength ejuice for best results; the most common being 10mg and upwards. We stock a large number of vape pen starter kits – such as the JACVapour S17 TF, Innokin Endura T18e, and the Innokin PocketMod Kit. All of these vape mods have an integrated battery, meaning they can be charged via USB.

Closing Points

The vaping market is constantly evolving, providing existing and prospective vapers with a wide field of options. With a myriad of hardware, eliquid, and accessories – you’ll be in the position to find a kit to start off your vaping journey. We’d like to wish all of you a very happy VApril.

Pod Vapes 2018: Closed and Refillable Systems Explained

Even the simplest vape device can appear daunting to new users. The risk of leaks, faulty batteries and even the hassle of refilling; are all reasons that stop people making the move over to ecigarettes. Well, the pod vape changes that. There are two classifications for pod vape kits: Open or Refillable Systems and Closed Systems. The video below is our brief introduction into pod devices.

Closed Systems are ideal for new starters – they include disposable pods which contain both a coil and up to 2ml of high nicotine eliquid, simply plug it into the accompanying mod and you’re ready to go. This coupled with a tight mouth to lung draw, that mimics that of a cigarette and one button operation; make this a range of vape devices that are simple to use and maintain.

For those who like a bit of variety there’s the open system; still utilising pods, the open system uses refillable pods which can be filled with the High PG eliquid of your choice. This can act as a stepping stone towards sub ohm vaping.

Today, we’re going to walk you through some prime examples of pod vapes. Each have their own unique features and benefits, designed for new users and existing vapers looking to simplify things.
