The Instafill disposable vape kit is the first of its kind – a greener, cost-effective alternative to classic single-use devices. Made up of a rechargeable disposable device and a 10ml bottle of e-liquid – available in 14 flavours – plug the bottle into your device, insert the battery pack, and you’re ready to go. Every Instafill vape can deliver up to 3500 puffs, plus, it’s small enough to take with you anywhere.
Once you’ve loaded in your e-liquid bottle, tilt the device and press and hold the button at the top; a smart vacuum pump will then pull e-liquid into the device’s 2ml pod. You can repeat this process whenever you need to top up again. Inhale activated and creating a small amount of vapour with every puff, the Instafill is the ideal choice for MTL vaping and feels more like a cigarette.
There’s no maintenance to deal with either, just recharge the battery and hit the refill button whenever you need to top up your pod. The built-in 500mAh battery will last most vapers a full day and can be recharged in under an hour using the USB-C cable included. When the built-in e-liquid bottle is empty, it’s time to replace your kit with another one. Easier to recycle, you can safely separate the battery and bottle from the rest of the kit to get it ready for disposal.

Remove The Battery And E-Liquid Bottle From Your Kit
Get your kit ready for setup by removing the battery and e-liquid bottle from your device. Remove any stickers too.
Prepare And Load Your E-Liquid bottle
Remove the cap off your e-liquid and the silver foil underneath. Then screw it into the device, turning it clockwise.
Insert Your Battery And E-Liquid Cap
Insert your battery into the device with the two metal pins facing upward. Then, insert the cap underneath the e-liquid bottle.
Charge Your Instafill Battery
Now fully assembled you should charge your Instafill kit. Using a USB-C cable will recharge your kit fully in half an hour.
Fill & Prime The Instafill Pod
Fill the Instafill by holding it at an angle and pressing the button next to the mouthpiece. Leave it standing upright for five minutes to prime the coil.
Vape Your Instafill Kit
Inhale on the Instafill’s mouthpiece to get started; it will create a small amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.

For £13 you're getting serious bang for your buck. Straight out of the packet this thing is very impressive looking and is certainly blurring the lines between a disposable and refillable pod. To be clear however, this is a disposable vape and there is no way currently to buy extra cartridges, assuming the coil would hold out for a second cartridge at all. The flavour and quality of the vape was good, although not quite as good as the premium disposables such as Crystal and Elfbar.
The problems I have are as follows:
- No way in hell this thing is 3500 puffs, unless you've got lungs the size of a raccoon. Based on this lasting me 6 days where a 600 puff would last me 2 days, I would estimate this gives around 2000 puffs. Still cheaper than buying 600 disposables.
- It leaks - like, alot. From everywhere. Constantly all over my hands and seeping into the battery tank. Although I did drop it a couple times.
- The wicking needs work, the coil got flooded on more than one occasion and made it a very gargle-induced vape at times.
Other than that can't fault it and I would probably buy it again at the current price, although I personally wouldn't pay anymore without addressing the above faults.
