The Zap! Juice Instafill disposable vape kit is a greener, more budget-friendly choice than classic single-use disposables. The first of its kind, the Instafill comes with a rechargeable, removable battery and a 10ml bottle of e-liquid that loads straight into the device. To get started, simply insert the battery and bottle and then inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. Each Instafill can deliver up to 3500 puffs, lasting longer than five standard disposable vapes or 100 cigarettes.
After inserting your e-liquid bottle, tilt the device and press and hold the button at the top – this activates a smart vacuum pump which pulls the liquid into the device’s 2ml pod. Then, all you have to do is take a puff from the mouthpiece for an authentic MTL (Mouth To Lung) inhale with discreet vapour production. Once the pod runs low, you can repeat the pumping process to top it up.
This low-maintenance device is an ideal choice if you’re looking to move away from disposable vapes. The Instafill’s 500mAh battery will last most vapers a full day, and it can be recharged in under an hour using a USB-C cable. When the e-liquid bottle is empty, you can simply replace your kit with a new one. The battery, bottle and device can be safely separated from each other, and you can easily get each component ready for recycling.
Instafill bottles are prefilled with 10ml of e-liquid. Blended with nic salts, just like disposable vapes, you’ll find they provide a smooth throat hit while satisfying cravings quickly. The e-liquids are available in a variety of flavours:
Prepare The E-liquid Bottle
Remove the small snap-fit lid from the bottom of the Instafill. Then, unscrew the cap and remove the rubber insert from the bottle to prepare it for installation.
Insert The E-Liquid Bottle
Insert the bottle into the kit with the opening facing upwards and then screw it into place with a few counter-clockwise turns using the cap. Re-insert the snap-fit lid underneath.
Prepare The Battery
Remove the battery from the device and remove the sticker, make sure you get all of it, otherwise, it could interrupt the connection.
Insert The Battery
Insert the battery into your Zap device with the connecting pins facing upwards, it should click into place.
Charge The Zap! Kit
Charge your kit before vaping using a USB-C cable. A full recharge from 0% should take around half an hour.
Fill Zap! Vape Pod
Hold your Instafill kit at an angle, with the mouthpiece facing downwards, and press the button next to the mouthpiece to fill the pod.
Prime The Instafill Coil
With your pod filled, leave your Zap! Kit standing upright for five minutes. This gives the e-liquid time to soak into the coil.
Vape The Zap! Kit
When the kit is ready, inhale on the mouthpiece to vape. Each puff causes the device to create a small amount of vapour for an MTL inhale.

I absolutely love these. The flavours are excellent and once the initial liquid has been used, I then top up with quality 10ml bottles of nic salts until the coil goes. So not only is it rechargeable but I actually got 6 refills out of one of them! I'm sure this was due to refilling with QUALITY nic salts and you have to remember to keep the bottle lid on the kit to use as screw to take out bottle, fill with new liquid and screw back in. Brilliant!

Ordered a few times now. Trying different flavours. Love all the ones I have had so far. Defo one to always reorder. They last a while and rechargeable. Not had any problems setting up by following instructions. Great little design and small to carry round. Would highly recommend.

This device is the most infuriating, awkward thing ever designed.
Clearly someone thought they were very clever and just assumed everyone else would too.
Stupid design.
Anyway, after having spent £30 on these, I had to find a way to make them work. So I have, thereby proving the design convoluted!
Follow the light-on-detail instructions up to the point you are going to insert the liquid tube, then ignore them.
Instead, unscrew the black plastic lid to expose the rubber stopper, remove COMPLETELY the rubber stopper with the wee pointy bit at the top, throw it away. Try to retain the white ring and leave that in place.
Insert the liquid chamber and use the other end of the black plastic lid as a screwdriver to lock it in place.
Replace the cap on the underside of the liquid chamber.
Tilt, press the black button on top and the chamber will fill.

Good grief!
I love the idea behind this device and when I eventually got it working, the pineapple ice is one of the best I've tasted.
Whoever designed this device must have been having a laugh though. Talk about over complicating things!
The most awkward device I've ever used. I was daft enough to buy 3 of these.
Hoping they last as long as claimed, I don't need that level of frustration regularly.

What great flavors, what a great little device. I’m glad it came with instructions. Lasted me an absolute age, and was able to refill it as well. Hopefully they will start to sell refills out the flavours, as the pineapple ice is incredible.

Simple enough to set up, there’s an instruction manual in the box, as long as that’s followed your golden. Sent to me buy a friend. Peach ice was great, nice prominent aroma.

So after about 30 mins trying to set it up and a broken nail I got it going ! This is a great vape lovely flavour but once that 10ml bottle is empty that’s it done can’t buy refills or even get the bottle out to refill will more liquid ! So basically it’s £13 for a bottle of liquid then throw it away not a very planet friendly solution.

Love these ordered two unfortunately I don't like the juice have that ice edge so emptied it out and put my own mix in what a big improvement so easy to use pop the battery in pop the juice bottle in turn upside down and press the black cog wheel on the top to fill the pod so easy and the added benefit of having an extra 10ml on tap
The only thing is, I wish you could change the coils overall I recommend these devices

Been using pods for months but thought I’d give these a go. They’re incredibly easy to set up and use, simply take the seal off the battery and top off the liquid, put both back in the device and you’re ready to go! Peach Ice is great and the flavour lasts! Will be buying again.

Wow, who would have thought it was so challenging? I have bought two of these and can fill neither despite pulling out the tiny rubber plug in the bottle top.
